The privacy policy of my site is driven by the idea that while visitors may want outstanding Real Estate information, they above all want that in the context of the utmost sensitivity and respect. I respect the privacy of my users, e-mail listing subscribers, newsletter subscribers, and those who contact me for information.

Third Party Use.
I do not sell or rent my subscriber list to third parties for mailing. Your e-mail address exclusively so that the the JohnLockwood.com real estate team can help you with your Real Estate needs.

This site does not currently employ cookies except as needed by my programming environment to perform basic programming tasks such as maintaining information from one page to the next. Should I use cookies in a more extensive way in the future it will be done in a non-intrusive manner and details of my use of cookies will be made available here.

Choice and consent.
I will respect all wishes expressed by a user to be removed from the newsletter or from the e-mail listing systems. I will strive to make un-subscribe information readily available, or you can simply send any unsubscribe request to john@johnlockwood.com.

Service without pressure.
I will provide an outstanding level of service to my clients in a professional, low-pressure, non-pushy manner.

Security.
My mailing list will be maintained by my team or by a third party service provider in a secure manner, where it is inaccessible to general browsing.
