A Full Network of Internet Sites
More and more, home buyers are turning to the Internet to find the home of their dreams.
According to Internet Demographics published by Realtor.com, in 2001 some 66.9% of Americans
used the Internet regularly. The National Association of Realtors reports that some four in ten
buyers now are using the Internet to shop for their next home, an eighteen-fold increase in only
four years. The Internet has now surpassed newspapers as a primary source information for
home buyers.
But promoting and creating a web site is not easy, and it's not something most
Real Estate Professionals do well. Fortunately, when you hire the Real Estate PLUS Team,
you're not just getting two great Realtors® -- one of us comes with a background
as an Internet Software Developer, and we're both absolutely comitted to providing
our sellers with Internet exposure that is second to none.
As part of this committment, homes listed by our sellers are not just "listed on a web site",
they're listed on an entire network of sites. We use a combination of leading edge techniques
such as search engine optimization and pay per click advertising to bring the buyers
to your home.
The table below shows the sites where our sellers' homes are listed and the importance
of each.
| Web Site | Importance |
| JohnLockwood.com |
This site, JohnLockwood.com, has over 1,400 hits per day (as of November, 2002). That's about eighty unique visitors / day.
|
| Sacramento Real Estate |
Launched in 2003, the Sacramento Real Estate Directory now gets some 500 unique visitors
per day. It enjoys some eighty-six first place keyword rankings
for major search engines (330 in the top ten!). Ask to see our search engine ranking reports for complete details. |
| Realtor.com |
A top nationwide web site where millions of buyers go each year to search
for homes. Many buyers will come here first without even visiting a Realtor's
personal site. |
| Move.com |
An alias for Homestore.com. Sites
like these are fed by the enormous Realtor.com database and bring still more
visitors to see your home listing. |
| SacBee.com |
On a regional level, the Sacramento Bee is as important a search tool
as Realtor.com is on a national level. |
